All Multiplayer Maps in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

Maps often determine the success of a Call of Duty multiplayer title, with some proving to be extremely popular while others are quickly forgotten by the community. Despite Call of Duty Vanguard's launch, leaks surrounding various aspects of Modern Warfare 2 continue to appear.

On November 2nd, 2021, a huge leak covering various elements of the game surfaced, detailing everything from the game's weapons to information on the single-player campaign. Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer Maps

Just like the rest of the leaks, intel on the game's multiplayer maps was unveiled by leaker @RalphsValve, who revealed that several maps from the first Modern Warfare 2 would be making an appearance. Here's a rumoured list of remastered maps expected to appear:

• Favela
• Terminal
• Highrise
• Shipment
• Quarry

As always, take leaks with a pinch of salt but eagle-eyed fans have spotted Highrise within the Modern Warfare 2 reveal trailer.

Following the reveal, Infinity Ward shared the first details of Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer. The game will contain Battle Maps and Core Maps. Battle Maps are for large-scale game modes while Core Maps are designed for the classic dose of 6v6 action players expect.

• Grand Prix
• Farm 18 Training Facility

Modern Warfare 2 Battle Maps

Battle Maps are likely to appear in Ground War and are areas from the new map appearing in Warzone 2. Here are all of the Modern Warfare 2 Battle Maps confirmed so far:

• Sariff Bay - Set in fishing village.
• Sa'id - Designed for "urban combat."
